school.

I go to Cosmetology school... it is interesting. I cling and clash with some things there, and want to transfer... but I will look into it. I really want to finish school fast, but if I transfer that would delay the whole process at least a few months. It sometimes seems hopeless... but I know my day is coming... in the meantime, i shall enjoy my family, dog, job, and drama in English... because one day I will be in a place where I don't know the language all that well. Thank you Lord.

Money

Last night at about midnight my lovely car decided not to run well and died in the middle of my parking lot... in the way. I didn't know what to do but a nice man stopped over to jump my car... and it did nothing so we pushed, yes pushed my car into my garage. Today I had a day off because I couldn't make it to school! I spent the day thinking and planning ways to make money, like donating plasma or PRACs studies... both of which I'm interested in. I love the idea of making extra money, not being in debt, and shopping. But more important than money is His life disciplines. I ran across this verse today... and it totally fit.:)

Prefer my life-disciplines over chasing after money, and God-knowledge over a lucrative career. For Wisdom is better than all the trappings of wealth; nothing you could wish for holds a candle to her. ( A Portion of the MESSAGE of Proverbs 8:1)

My whole reason for donating plasma is to make money for school, which is my career. I guess that God would rather have me knowing the word and living like it than making money.

Just Keep Walking...

Today was a wondeful day in my life. Church was AMAZING! There was a missionary from Nicaragua who spoke the sermon and I have never met any one so full of Jesus in my life! He is young and following Jesus. He challenged me in many ways. I was reminded that our time is short... we could be dead and gone... any day... any minute... are you ready? Death is real guys... HELL is REAL... as is HEAVEN is REAL. People should be our focus... our mission... our goal...lets live our life as an example! Oh there are people surrounding us all who aren't ready to go yet... lets be a light to them and show them the way to live. We are all called to be missionaries... every inch of the world is a mission field.
